Specifications Manager I

Prerequisites include: 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Primary Duties include: Preparing design and construction documents and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability. A strong experience in a variety of construction types and a good understanding of construction documents, specifications, materials, and processes are required. Proficiency with MASTERSPEC or UNISPEC is preferred.

Specifications Manager II

Primary Duties include: Preparing design and construction documents and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability. A strong experience in a variety of construction types and a good understanding of construction documents, specifications, materials, and processes are required. Proficiency with MASTERSPEC or UNISPEC is preferred.
